Return and Exchange

We gladly accept returns as it is a fantastic opportunity for us to show you our honesty and transparency. We will also get your feedback to improve our products and services. We encourage you to return because your satisfaction and comfort is our utmost priority. We don’t want our customers to get even slightly dissatisfied, hence we advise you to go ahead and ask for a refund / exchange.

We will arrange a time with you and give our shipping partner its go to pick up the authentic Teggor item. Opposite pick-up option is not possible for orders with a value of minimum amount, please take care of this. In these situations, we ask that you kindly self-ship the merchandise to us. You are free to use any courier service of your choosing to self-ship the items. Please send your order number and the delivery document to

Purchasing is as simple as bringing back a Teggor. You can submit a return request via the “My Account” area of our website, by phone at 8595663506, via email at, or by mail at that site.

Make sure the clothing is clean and in good condition. You must only send back the primary product.


Within 24 hours from the time the return package, a 100% refund will be started.

a) If you completed your payments online, you will receive your refund in your bank account within 5 to 7 days.

b) You must give us your bank account number, bank name, and IFSC code if you used cash on delivery. Within 2 to 5 days, we will return your cash by NEFT or IMPS.

c) Another option for return is “Teggor” that you can use to purchase further Teggor products in the future.

4) A refund is just possible after the package has been sent, delivered, and reverse picked.


We will ship you your exchange item from our warehouse after the return package has been picked up from your location.

If our normal sizes do not suit you and you would like a custom-fit garment in exchange, include your best-fitting clothing with your Teggor item in your transfer. Our courier boy will pick up your package from your location. Within 7 days, we will create your garment entirely from scratch using your requirements. Your details will be saved for use on subsequent orders from you.

Refunds and exchanges are only available once per order.

Every consumer should have a good experience with us. Since a custom garment has already been made to your specifications and cannot be supplied to another customer, it is not very viable for us to allow refunds and exchanges. If an item is broken or defective, we will gladly replace it. Please email us at info@teggor.comfrom the email you used to place the order if you find a manufacturing flaw in a product you purchased from our shop. Additionally, we offer free alterations for a period of 7 days beginning with the day you got your order.

In the event that we do make modifications, the updated version of these Terms will take effect as soon as we post it or another notification on the Site.
